Add the ability to control how quickly EVI responds to users. Ie more/less of a pause between the end of a user message and beginning of the assistant message.

"One question I do have is, is there a way to delay the time or amount of words in which the user says/speaks for before the AI responds?
The reason I ask is, I have had roughly 20 friends and family at all different ages run a few tests on the AI and the feedback I've received is that it reacts too quickly or cuts you short, especially the older users who sometimes have to think about their choice of words.
For short talks and quick bursts of speech, it's perfect but the longer the talks with slight delays between sentences causes havoc."

EV1 has a lot of interruptions, and it gets progressively worse the longer the call.
