Despite creating the custom voice, during the conversation the voice randomly changes. It doesn't feel natural. For example I explicitly selected the feminine voice since our agent has to be a female voice, but mid-conversation the tone of the voice switches to a masculine one. Also the sometimes the agent starts wispering for no reason.
