Sometimes, users want to transfer from an EVI call to a call with a human (primarily for phone calling). This would be a built-in tool to allow EVI to automatically route the user to a human's phone number when appropriate. This can be accomplished with custom tools currently, but a built-in tool could help make it easier for developers.
