This relates to pricing and overage control. It would be great for peace of mind for "usage based billing" to be both clarified (as I understand once turned on it cannot be turned off by the user) and be put fully under the users control. This is the kind of stuff that keeps serious users up at night, especially when automation is in the picture. The user needs to feel safe here. If the limits need to be removed it needs to be fully within the users control to turn them on again. Either way you get paid.
