I have been with Hume for several months and have made the following payments: 26 Aug 25 £52.29 23 Sept 25 £52.01 23 Oct 25 £52.40 24 Nov 25 £53.70 28 Nov 25 £77.20 I have not got ONE single piece of work that is usable and it is outrageous. I have been trying to get help for weeks. My experience with your product has been a total disaster and I have been tearing my hair out this week trying to get downloads, paying out an additional £77.20 to make it happen, without any success at all. I have now officially given up and want to leave Hume.ai once and for all. It is impossible to get any help and even the Discord platform never responds. Please reimburse my money urgently as I cannot afford to lose cash like this. I will post everywhere: Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok about my negative experiences with your company until someone contacts me to advise my money is coming back - I do not want to do this but it is a last resort as I keep being totally ignored. I will also ask my bank to reverse payments where possible and advise them of the problem. I implore you to get back to me urgently on this as this is a shocking way to treat customers.
