I have tried to get this to work but it won't. I was told I had used up my monthly allowance and that I could either upgrade or enable extra payment for overspend. I chose to enable. The money was taken within minutes. But still I have spent another whole day trying to get projects downloaded - total waste of time. Please credit me with the $101.30 you took from my account immediately and I will wait for my month to refresh on 22 December. I think I should also get a month's credit because I have paid four or five months and got absolutely nothing out of Hume at all and it is near impossible to get help. I do not like the Discord app at all - it seems ridiculous to me that a company that purports to be at the leading edge of AI cannot even give decent customer service. Terrible doesn't begin to cover it.
