I would like to report several issues I have encountered while using your AI Text-to-Speech system.

Unnatural or unwanted sounds

While converting text to speech, I consistently hear strange or unexpected sounds inserted into the audio. These artifacts do not exist in the original text and negatively affect the overall audio quality.

Speech rate adjustment not working

The speed control function does not operate as expected. Even when I select the lowest or slowest speed level, the generated voice still plays noticeably fast. This makes it difficult to produce natural-sounding speech for my needs.

Could you please look into these issues and advise on possible solutions or updates?
